Nation needs serious attention on above and it ought to place on its prime development agenda .It is an irony that mass -skilling has taken the lead without locating entrepreneurs in rural areas to offer them job. It is to make youth skilful but building entrepreneurial leadership and education is equally important in today\u2019s context . Asian society for entrepreneurship education and development(ASEED)a 28 years old a non profit professional body hosted national level meet of selected top professionals in the field of Entrepreneurship on 27th July 2019 at it\u2019s innovative learning center, Knowledge park Greater Noida .The veterans of the professions and key anchors like Dr Madan Mohan Akhouri<\/strong> ,and many others joined the national meet .They were many others from different parts of the country along with Dr. Hina Shah ,Dr SP Mishra ,Dr. Dinesh Awasthi , Rita Sengupta and Madura Chhatrpati .Prof Nagendra P Singh<\/strong> the founder president of ASEED greeted all and raised a collective concerns of emerging economy and relevance of entrepreneurial of the society for nation building. Prof Akhouri<\/strong> drew attention on alarming issues of depleting focus on experiential learning on Entrepreneurship with poor research and educational adequacy with institutions across the nation we have .Both private and government institutions need to examine how do we collaborate to find new meaning of the professional that has lost its focus over the time .Skilling has done more damage than good on creating entrepreneurship ,Dr Singh said . We need more entrepreneurs who can absorb skilled wage earners .NSDC and skill education has made impact but job creators need entrepreneurial mindset ,experiential orientation to foster the process at the ground level. An innovative blend of mentoring process with training and coaching would be an asset to institutions engaged in skill development and grass-root wage creation programme on war footing mission of skill India campaign . Conceptual ,emotional and functional skills assume greater significance in today\u2019s context where start \u2013 ups have grown in a fast mode track and their failures have also grown beyond imagination .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenges of Profession Competencies ;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Many eminent national institutions at the centre and the state level do not address such a training nor education programme .Because ,time has changed to fill the gaps of learning for new or existing start ups are generally techno-entrepreneurs -bright innovators ,restless mind ,pace setters ,achievers have no patience to undergo long courses nor idea of slow learning course design . So course design has to undergo change trainers have to equip their mastery over the beaten path .Blotted edge need sharpening . Trainers and professionals in different capacity with educational \/training organisations need exposure and support on regular basis. Government will be in hurry to match with the race of global upswing of economy. Emotional and motivation drives have changed beyond our comprehension that has never been addressed by top training organisations because their priority agenda is no longer what it used to be three decades ago .
